Refund
Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Hunter Aerial Content · Phoenix, Arizona
Because video editing services involve custom digital work, creative labor, and time-based production, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Custom Editing Work
All video editing projects completed by Hunter Aerial Content are custom digital services tailored specifically to each client's footage, goals, and requirements. Due to the custom and time-based nature of this work, refunds are not automatically available once editing work has begun.
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the specific project, the stage of work completed, and the nature of the client's concern.
2. Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a project before any editing work has begun, a refund of any deposit paid may be considered, minus any administrative fees incurred.
If a client cancels after editing work has started but before a draft has been delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to rutler@hunteraerialcontent.online.
3. Revisions
Hunter Aerial Content includes reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. If a client is dissatisfied with the initial delivery, we strongly encourage submitting a revision request before requesting a refund.
Most concerns about editing quality, pacing, color, or content can be addressed through the revision process. Refund requests submitted without first requesting revisions may not be approved.
4. Refund Requests
To submit a refund request, clients must contact Hunter Aerial Content in writing at rutler@hunteraerialcontent.online and include:
• Project name and date
• Description of the concern or reason for the refund request
• Any relevant communication or project details
Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Hunter Aerial Content will respond with a decision and, if applicable, the refund amount and method.
5. Completed Digital Work
Once a final edited video file has been delivered and accepted by the client, the project is considered complete. Refunds for completed and delivered digital work are generally not available unless there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed project scope.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed project scope or contains significant technical errors not caused by the source footage, Hunter Aerial Content will work to correct the issue or discuss an appropriate resolution.
6. Non-Refundable Editing Time
The following are generally non-refundable:
• Time spent reviewing and organizing client footage
• Time spent on editing work that has been completed, even if not yet delivered
• Rush fees or expedited delivery charges
• Any work completed after client approval of a draft or direction
• Revision work completed within the agreed revision scope
These represent actual labor and time invested in the project that cannot be recovered.
7. Source Footage Issues
Hunter Aerial Content edits footage as provided by the client. We are not responsible for quality limitations, technical issues, or content problems inherent in the source footage submitted for editing.
If source footage is unusable, severely damaged, or insufficient for the requested project, Hunter Aerial Content will communicate this before beginning work. Refunds for projects where footage quality prevents completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
