Hunter Aerial Content provides remote video editing, aerial content post-production, social media video editing, and digital content preparation services. All services are performed remotely using client-provided footage and materials. Hunter Aerial Content does not provide commercial drone flight services, drone piloting, or aerial photography capture unless separately and explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have full legal rights to submit, use, and authorize the editing of any footage, music, images, logos, branded content, or other materials provided to Hunter Aerial Content for editing purposes. By submitting materials for editing, you represent and warrant that: • You own or have the legal right to use all submitted footage and materials • Your materials do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party • Your materials do not violate any applicable laws or regulations • You have obtained any necessary permissions, licenses, or releases for music, locations, or identifiable individuals appearing in footage

Client-provided footage remains the property of the client. Hunter Aerial Content does not claim ownership over any footage, video files, or materials submitted by clients for editing purposes. Edited video deliverables produced by Hunter Aerial Content are provided to the client upon project completion and payment. Hunter Aerial Content retains no rights to distribute, publish, or use client footage or completed edits without explicit written permission from the client.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and revision allowances are determined at the start of each project based on client requirements. Any changes to project scope after work has begun may affect pricing, timeline, and deliverables. Hunter Aerial Content will communicate any scope changes before proceeding with additional work. Clients are responsible for providing clear project direction, footage, and feedback within agreed timelines.

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins on each project. Hunter Aerial Content reserves the right to require a deposit before starting work on larger or custom projects. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of project agreement.

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery of the draft video. Revisions outside the agreed project scope, or requests that significantly change the creative direction after editing has been completed, may be subject to additional charges. The number of included revisions will be clarified at project start.

Final video files are delivered digitally via agreed file transfer methods. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on footage complexity, revision requests, and project scope. Hunter Aerial Content is not responsible for delays caused by client failure to provide footage, feedback, or required project materials in a timely manner.

Hunter Aerial Content does not guarantee specific results, platform performance, social media engagement, listing success, sales outcomes, or any other business results from edited video content. In no event shall Hunter Aerial Content be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from video editing services provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

The content, design, and text on this website are the property of Hunter Aerial Content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content without written permission. Editing techniques, workflows, and processes used by Hunter Aerial Content are proprietary and may not be replicated or resold.

Hunter Aerial Content reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
